Returns and Refunds

Important Information

You have 30 days to initiate a return.
Up to 14 days to process a refund.
No restocking fees.

Return Policy
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, your items must show no signs of use and be in their original packaging.

Return Costs
You are responsible for all return costs. Therefore, we suggest using trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged Package?
If your package arrives damaged, please immediately take a photo as proof of the package and its contents. Then, send it to bubuloversofficial@gmail.com along with your order number so our customer service team can find a solution for you.

Please note that you must do this within 24 hours of receiving the package; otherwise, your claim will be considered invalid.

Refunds:
When we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you by email if we accept it. If so, you can expect your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order in our store.
